How does it work?

In the case of payrolling you find a good candidate yourself. Someone you already know, or someone who has worked for you before, for instance. De Berk does not select your candidates.

De Berk does not get involved in the hourly gross pay of the candidate. That is for you and your employee to agree upon. After that De Berk employs the candidate of your choice  under your terms and conditions. De Berk pays all social security and taxes. This ensures that you will end up paying a very favourable  hourly rate .

In short, payrolling means that you take care of recruitment and selection, which is why De Berk is able to offer you very competitive rates.
